Question is how to get semantic? Certainly, standard such as HTTP, HTML, XML, RSS, OPML and RDF define semantic. However, not everything can be standardized. And it’s NOT necessary for everything to be standardized. Instead, we simply need agreement for most cases (Long Tail?) ! Agreement between two parties. Agreement among multiple parties. Surely, standard can be viewed as an agreement universally.
